Employee training in occupational health and safety may serve many different purposes, not only for comply with governmental regulations, it can empower employee to take an active part in making the workplace safety and health.
Employees with having good awareness on safety and health issues will be a good asset for your company because they can help you on avoiding unnecessary cost caused by safety and health cases such as accident or incident and will make your company more confident to face business challenge in the future. The good awareness only can be created if the employees know and recognize all hazard and trained how to handle it properly and one of ways to support this is they should have a comprehensive safety and health training.

IV. Objectives

Upon completion of this training, employees will be able to:

  • Know and recognize the safety and health hazards in the workplace.
  • Control the hazards to prevent accident or incident.
  • Perform the activity safely wherever they placed.
  • Follow all safety and health program in the facility easily.

V. Our Approach to Training

To ensure your company need and low cost program we use a systematic health and safety training process as listed below in your place based on the international standard and local government regulation:

  1. Initial survey (client profile)
  2. Discussion with HRD/HSE manager.
  3. Presentation to all manager (Health and Safety Training program work plan)
  4. Cooperation agreement.
  5. Health and Safety Training Implementation
  6. Health and Safety Training Evaluation (analyze and recommendation report, KPI (Key Performance Indicator))
  7. Discussion with HRD/HSE manager.
  8. Presentation to all management.
  9. Final Report.

VI. Training Implementation System

1. Implementation

  1. Initial survey will be conducted for 2 weeks after agreement contract signed.
  2. Training module will be set up for 2 weeks after initial survey.
  3. Training implementation will be held after the module is confirmed by the client. We will provide training 40 times within a year and the time is flexible to accommodate the client need.

2. Monitoring and Evaluation

  1. Training is begun by a pre test and will be closed by a post test.
  2. The result of pre and post test will be evaluated and analyzed every after the training.
  3. The report will be sent within 2 weeks.

3. Reporting

We will provide a final report that will be presented in the end of the year after discussion with HR and HSE Dept.

5. Health Promotion Method

The health promotion material will be provided in many ways tailored made as client need such as class presentation, 5 minutes briefing material or company internal media.

6. Training Method

Training courses may be conducted either away from the workplace (head office) or where suitable training facilities exist, at the workplace and will be provided in adult system learning which 60% are practice or simulation and the rest is basic.
